ASH's Fitness and Exercise Programs

ASH offers a number of fitness and exercise services including no-cost, low-cost, or discounts on fitness club/exercise center memberships; walking, home fitness, and reward programs; as well as Internet-based exercise tools. Programs include:

• Silver&Fit^®: This program is for Medicare beneficiaries and group retirees who want to improve their quality of life by exercising more and learning how to make better health decisions. Take a closer look at Silver&Fit!
• Silver&Fit Affinity^™: A low cost alternative to Silver&Fit, this program provides Medicare beneficiaries access to a national network of fitness clubs and exercise centers.
• Active&Fit^®: This program, similar to Silver&Fit, is a comprehensive exercise and fitness program for commercial members.
• ExerciseRewards^™: Available as a supplemental group rider or core program, our Exercise Rewards program provides participants with rewards for achieving physical activity goals, access to ExerciseRewards.com and all of its features, and discount memberships and no-cost trials at fitness clubs.
